The Platform

What is S&S Ops?
S&S Ops is one unified platform for running a winery or venue — an operations dashboard for your team paired with a white-labeled consumer app for your guests. We call it the operating system for your winery: reservations, wine club, sales, inventory, and marketing all in one place.
How do the dashboard and the consumer app relate?
They're two halves of the same platform, not separate products. Your team runs the operation from the S&S Ops dashboard; your guests browse, book, and buy through a consumer app carrying your own brand. Every action a guest takes flows straight back into your dashboard, so the numbers are always current.
Is the consumer app really branded as my winery?
Yes. The app is white-labeled per winery — your name, logo, and palette throughout. Guests experience it as your app, not ours.

Getting Started

What does onboarding look like?
We start with a working session to map your current tools and data, connect your existing systems, and configure the dashboard and app to your operation. Who owns our data?
You do. Your operational and customer data belongs to your winery. We use it to power your dashboard and app, and you can export it. We don't sell it or share it with competitors.
How do the automated insights work?
We build automated, data-driven tools that work on your own numbers — things like a daily briefing, churn alerts, and forecasting. The emphasis is on giving your team clear, trustworthy insights from your data, not buzzwords. Every automated suggestion is grounded in what's actually happening at your winery.
